What changed
A fourth rise. Chrono24's ChronoPulse index of pre-owned watch prices rose 0.7% in the third quarter to 1,471 points, Haute Time reports. It was the fourth quarterly rise in a row.
What it means
- If you price pre-owned Vacheron or Patek: Chrono24 has both brands at 52-week highs at the end of September.
- If you hold Rolex stock: A 0.2% quarterly dip sits inside a 6.0% twelve-month gain.
- What this is not: A dealer or auction price. The index is built from Chrono24's own marketplace sales.

What to watch
- Late January 2027Chrono24's Q4 Quarterly Dial, if its timing holds. The test: a fifth positive quarter.
- Each quarterRolex's twelve-month gain, 6.0% now. A turn below zero would end the steady run.

What would change this call
A negative Q4, or Vacheron and Patek both falling from their September highs, would make Q3 the top of the run rather than a step in it.
How ChronoPulse is built
Chrono24's index follows secondary-market prices across 13 major brands and more than 140 references. It uses transactions on Chrono24's own marketplace, converted into euros at each day's rate, Haute Time reports.
Method
Haute Time, 'Luxury watch values 2026: Chrono24 Q3' by Adrienne Faurote, datePublished 2026-10-23T16:37:39+00:00, fetched by the Editor on 27 October 2026, door.py 200, 234,127 bytes (the Bureau's capture was the same count). Single source: Chrono24's Quarterly Dial itself was not read; the watches desk's two identities got 403 from Chrono24 on 27 October (Bureau slate). Every figure is printed as Haute Time's report of Chrono24's. Arithmetic, not printed above: the three 2026 quarters compound to 1.028 x 1.019 x 1.007 = 1.0549, so +5.5% for Q1 to Q3; the 7.5% twelve-month figure implies about +1.9% in Q4 2025 (1.075 / 1.0549), which was not read. Source verbs: Haute Time says rose, slipped, added; the page says the same.
